I've been meaning to share this with everyone, but keep forgetting. We've personally used this A LOT at our local TGIF.... you can' really beat .01 appetizers (you have to purchase a drink, sodas are $2.50). An awesome deal for $3, if you ask me.
The catch is you're supposedly only allowed to use the .01 coupon at the bar, and the entree coupon in the dining area. But it depends on the waiter, and the manager on shift. There were times they let us use both at the bar, or both at the table. Also, it is PER PERSON, not per table. So as long as each person orders a drink, it should be good all around.
